It is true that at Natural Bread we are best known for our handmade breads and viennoiserie. But we have also recently introduced a new range of savoury pastries including cheese & ham parcels and cheese & tomato turnovers. These pastries make a great light lunch choice served with a crisp side salad or packed into the picnic basket. They are also a great dinner party starter option and make a good alternative to sandwiches if you are hungry for a quick bite.

Daisy, our savoury pastry chef, has also been working to perfect her recipe for cheese straws and we think she has come up with some of the most delicious, intensely cheesy, savoury bites we’ve tasted in a long while – equally good to serve as party canapés or to enjoy as a simple mid-morning snack.

All Natural Bread savoury pastries and cheese straws are made by hand in our Botley bakery without using any additives or preservatives. So please do come along and taste for yourself - you can buy the savoury range from our central Woodstock bakery shop open 7 days a week, and from our weekend stalls at the East Oxford and South Oxford Farmers Markets.
