At Natural Bread we like to add a bit of natural goodness to our recipes and May’s Cake of the Month is no exception. This carrot cake recipe is taken from the Natural Bread cookbook and is packed with flavour and well, Carrot! (Claire calculates that there’s at least ½ carrot per slice).

The recipe is also much loved in Claire’s household, with daughters Georgia & Charlotte both choosing it as their favourite for their recent birthdays.
